This was originally supposed to be a scene in the book i'm writing, where a character gets killed, but it didn't really turn out the way i would have liked.

I had my brother pose for this shot! It's great having a model around who's in awesome shape and will pose any outrageous shot you ask him to!

Ahh, brilliant work! Breathtaking :love: There's so much power in the colors you chose- not quite black-and-white, not quite sepia. :love: His flying hair and the feather breaking off his wing add to the uncontrolled, dying sense. Photomanipulation is a very overused, yet underrated medium. So few can do it well- yours looks outstanding.

Thank you so much! I'm glad that you recognized the essence i tried to capture when making it. I love the words you used "Uncontrolled, dying sense" because that is exactly what is supposed to be happening. Thanks again for the compliment! You wouldn't believe it, but you actually made my day today. I needed a pick-me-up!

the imagery is powerful and very intriguing to me. i was working on a story involving Archangles living among us, so it reminds me of that. i would guess it is about angels of some kind. or at least, supernatural beings.
and i love to read that stuff! got a sample chapeter maybe? ;}

Thanks for the input! It's not about angels, though i can definately see why you thought that, lol. It's a story about a 400 year old alchemist in a beautiful manor, who alters the genetics of her copied sons... sounds kind of corny i know, but i don't really want to go into detail. Sorry i don't have a chapter on me! Thanks again for the input.
